- Use a toml file for config / config system
While .env vars are nice and everything, I'd like to use a more normal config system, by default look in ~/.config/rubhub/rubhub.toml for example, then /etc/rubhub/rubhub.toml with environmant variables acting as overrides, would be much nicer for running things localy
